Another research study shows that a high intake of Omega 3 fatty acids (fish oil) is the best prevention you can implement to prevent cognitive decline. Yet another study pointed out that 2 tablespoons of Coconut oil daily may support your cognitive health.
This is a lot of good news! As well as easy, and affordable steps that we can integrate into our daily routine. Combine that with a total of 30 minutes a day, in activities that increase oxygen to the brain (such as dancing/walking/swimming/above shoulder height arm exercises), and you are impacting your brain health in a big way!
